Dharamsala Animal Rescue was founded in 2009 to minimize the large number of stray dogs in India in order to protect the people of Dharamsala from rabies through animal control and rescue programs. The Dharamsala Animal Rescue’s primary goal is to support a healthy and humane existence for the thousands of homeless animals wandering the streets of Himachal Pradesh, India. This grant is in support of the Dharamsala Animal Rescue Mobile Clinic Project.
